Before starting a tourist activity one must follow the following steps to make a declaration<\/p>\n
AT THE MOMENT , THE LAW HAS NOT CHANGED<\/p>\n
A number of requirements for marketing purposes of housing who want to record tourist stays in tourist records to practice activity is established. These requirements are laid down in Annex 6 to Decree 20\/2015 of 17 April.
\nBasic conditions<\/p>\n
No more than 6 rooms – no more than 12 people
\nOne bathroom for 3 guests
\nVacation period not exceeding two months
\nFOR WHAT KIND OF PROPERTY<\/p>\n
– individual house, unique on the ground<\/p>\n
Vivienda terraced as they have their own garden<\/p>\n
Also the twins \u00a0but whenever there is a own \u00a0garden and no\u00a0comunity
\n– condominium properties are not suitable for obtaining a tourism license<\/p>\n
HOW TO APPLY

\nIdentity Documents
\nPayment of fees:
\nMoment are 315 \u20ac up to 9 seats and 35 for extra places<\/p>\n
Provide \u00a0: \u00a0cedula, copy property writing and cadastral plan<\/p>\n
Model and quality modernization plan for tourist stays, completed.<\/p>\n
When you have the license \u00a0all the people can see it<\/p>\n

\nYou must have an accident insurance policy covering civil liability for personal injury and property damage to ensure liability during the occupants’ stay.
