Before starting a tourist activity one must follow the following steps to make a declaration

AT THE MOMENT , THE LAW HAS NOT CHANGED

A number of requirements for marketing purposes of housing who want to record tourist stays in tourist records to practice activity is established. These requirements are laid down in Annex 6 to Decree 20/2015 of 17 April.
Basic conditions

No more than 6 rooms – no more than 12 people
One bathroom for 3 guests
Vacation period not exceeding two months
FOR WHAT KIND OF PROPERTY

– individual house, unique on the ground

Vivienda terraced as they have their own garden

Also the twins  but whenever there is a own  garden and no comunity
– condominium properties are not suitable for obtaining a tourism license

HOW TO APPLY
Responsible for initiating the activity statement (DRIAT)
Identity Documents
Payment of fees:
Moment are 315 € up to 9 seats and 35 for extra places

Provide  :  cedula, copy property writing and cadastral plan

Model and quality modernization plan for tourist stays, completed.

When you have the license  all the people can see it

IMPORTANT
You must have an accident insurance policy covering civil liability for personal injury and property damage to ensure liability during the occupants’ stay.
A mini of 300 000 € must be guaranteed
